So slow, slow to update tracking, get your info up to date, tracking states delivery Friday but run out of time and it still says that, not happy.

Paid for parcel to be delivered to my door but parcel was left at a Service Station 20kms away. When I complained was told they don’t deliver to my area. Would have been nice to have been told before.

Absolutely appalling customer service!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy very unprofessional workers who only respond with a generic email, they do not address your concerns and offer no apology. Will never use this company again worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!!!!!!
