Parcel sent from Queensland arrived in Sydney overnight took five day’s from then to be delivered to the central coast

My parcel has been sitting in Sydney for 13 days And it’s still there Very very poor service The only reason I gave 1 star is I can’t submit a review with no stars

Absolutely the worst freight company ever use been waiting eight weeks to get my parcel and still has not come

Worst courier company ever. I will avoid dealing with businesses that use this company

Not fast at all. Australia post delivers a lot faster. What a joke.

Parcel was meant to come yesterday now the tracker says nothing

My parcel is at your Sydney depot since the 14th October! You say that you are delayed by three to five days it has been nearly 10 days and still no sign of it being delivered to me in Perth. Maybe you should amend the statement of being delayed by co-vid 19 by three/five days to fifteen/twenty five days. That would seem to be more accurate. I just wish I'd known the seller was going to use this courier - I would not have bought from them as I have many horror stories of these couriers from parcels going missing to deliveries a year later!!! The only thing these couriers seem good at is delaying delivery or loosing the parcels altogether and when you do complain no one seems to take a blind bit of notice. I am surprised they are still in business; they must be cheaper than other couriers although if I was using a courier I certainly would not use these clowns!!!

The worst transport company!! My first delivery was “damaged” in transit!! My second delivery has been in the same place for 4days - with the notation (on tracking) “in transit” - Fastway = SLOWAY!!
