Still wait for my package it’s a week after it’s due date and I’m not happy and still waiting

Would give no star if could no item ever come on time

So slow, slow to update tracking, get your info up to date, tracking states delivery Friday but run out of time and it still says that, not happy.

Paid for parcel to be delivered to my door but parcel was left at a Service Station 20kms away. When I complained was told they don’t deliver to my area. Would have been nice to have been told before.

Redirected the route of a parcel through there website hasn’t shown up can’t speak to anyone to get any info useless

It defies comprehension why any online seller would continue to use this company - Fastway's truly abysmal customer service ends up impacting consumer perceptions of the seller's own customer service.

Half the time they send my items across the country before I finally get them.

Absolutely appalling customer service!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy very unprofessional workers who only respond with a generic email, they do not address your concerns and offer no apology. Will never use this company again worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!!!!!!

20 days in transit from Melbourne to Perth - that 20 days in the truck driving. so this is not a processing delay in Melbourne due to COVID19 Just useless - never again with this company

Poor delivery, item was left at front door when I have a parcel letter box, which is safe, delivery person walked straight past it, but left it in the open at the front door.
