Been waiting three days no movement on my parcel.

Absolutely pathetic, an average of 1.24 stars? ROFL! What a joke you deserve ZERO. I don't think I've EVER had a hassle free delivery from these clowns,they refuse deliver or even update tracking, then "if" you're lucky enough and your parcel isn't lost etc it's NOT delivered to me, nope vego to drive to an inconvenient location during business hours only. I refuse to order from sellers who are so cheap and dodgy they use slow-way "couriers" I've blacklisted long-term sellers now who use this substandard "service" you don't deserve 1 star, -10 maybe, does anybody bother to read these reviews? I'm guessing not as nobody in their right mind would buy toilet paper and fool themselves into thinking these incompetent halfwits will deliver it at all.

Waiting for a parcel since 5th of sept

I am extremely disappointed with the service (lack of) from Fastway couriers! Every single time I have had a product delivered by them they have not even attempted to deliver it to my residence,they always take it straight to the closest drop off point without any effort to deliver it to me. I have not once received a calling card and I have been home every single time the delivery driver has claimed to have tried to deliver the product but 'I wasn't home'. It's pathetic and I would never willingly use this company and anyone else I have discussed this company with all say they have had the same experience

Worst delivery service I have ever used 3 out of 3 deliveries have been lost! Never received any of them. The record speaks for itself!

My parcel was posted from melbourne on the 17th of August 2020, today it's the 13th of September... Still not here.... I live 1 and a half hours from melbourne, could have gone and picked it up myself.... No stars in the review here. Worst company ever, I cringe when I see my parcels are sent from fastway.

Extremely slow delivery service. I bought 2 items from gold coast coming to perth on same day. Both were dispatched and recieved at each depot same time.1 sent with aus. Post which arrived as expected within a week. The other with fastway lol which is yet to arrive after 12 days

So, so slow. Courier is terrible. Doesn't knock on door. Jumps over my garden. Delivered my parcel to wrong address. Wouldn't answer my calls. Made me go and find it.

Has taken 4 days and still has not turned up

left Sydney 19/08/20 due 26th now 10th of September and still not here or any idea where my package is. Half a star review.

shouldn't be called fastways as they are the slowest company iv dealt with.

My parcel was picked on the10th august for delivery between 12 and21st august today is 10th september 2020 still no parcel look up tracking all is says is in transit not good 0 rating

About as reliable as Australia Post which is not a compliment

Parcel picked up on the 4th now the 10th I'm 2 hours down the road from Melbourne wtf
