  • Worse company ever for deliveries. Even before Covid-19, they were slow, unhelpful and massive delays in delivering goods. It took 3 weeks to get an item from 2hrs away (same state), I wanted to go pick it up but they said they don’t work Saturdays and I could pick it up Monday. It was delivered on the Monday I went to pick it up. Totally useless and no company should ever use this delivery service. I actually check the delivery service before ordering on line and I don’t buy if they use this service.

  • Delivery was attempted on a Saturday when I wasn’t home, then trying to rearrange a delivery is a nightmare. The call card left was blank, and there is no collection point, but you have to collect within 5 days or it’s returned to the sender. I contacted the driver on their mobile, as directed by the website, on Monday and the driver said they would deliver “tomorrow”. I then received a text message from Fastway that evening to advise a date of reschedule, to which I responded that I had already been in contact with the driver and arranged for delivery on Tuesday. The parcel did not get redelivered on Tuesday, so I called the driver again, and was told “tomorrow”. The online tracking states that I have not contacted the company and they are awaiting further instructions from sender. I cannot guarantee that my parcel is due to be delivered today as there is no longer any tracking for my parcel, and to say I’m pissed off is an understatement. I would not trust this company with a bar of soap. Worst delivery service.
