The seller said the parcel left the warehouse on 31 August 2020 and they said 2-3 working days only. But until now my order still not moving at Fastway Australia! Very disappointed ☹️ I will not order again

This is the third parcel we have had trouble with. They do not know what they are doing. If you ring or email, all they say they will get back to you in a few days and nothing happens. Still waiting for the third parcel, it was supposed to be delivered 3 weeks ago.

Nearly 5 weeks to get the tiniest package from Sydney to Perth. That’s not Covid slow, it’s near glacial. Sure as hell isn’t a “Fast Way”.

my parcel is still showing in Melbourne since 4th of September and picked up by courier and stillnot delivered yet! Bad service

My package took so long to be delivered and customer service was non existant!!

Still waiting on a delivery sent from Brisbane to Ipswich 3 days and waiting

Package picked up 1/9...I paid express postage and still haven't received. It is now the 9/9....Not happy at all.

Still haven’t received my parcel yet and it arrived in Melbourne on 29th August. I needed this on the 7th September. Not happy.

3 plus weeks to get a parcel from Sydney to perth

The parcel has been in the Sydney yard for over week I would use a seller using this courier again

Unfortunately there is no option for a minus star rating Without doubt the worst couriers

Parcel picked up over a week ago, still not delivered (Melbourne).

It’s been over 2 weeks, was meant to take 3 days.

Order product on 20 August and still not here on the 3rd September
