Terrible! Tracking is rarely updated. NEVER arrives on time. ALWAYS late, usually by WEEKS. What a shambles of a company.

Have to be the worst couriers on the planet.Every item is either 2-3 weeks late or gets lost completely,utterly pathetic.

Terrible service will never use again

Never know where's the parcel and never know when it comes …the 1star for sometimes the parcel comes like a surprise gift when you have already forgot what you bought:)

Slowest delivery service available by far. Useless tracking system never updated until day of delivery and useless ignorant customer service. Avoid at all costs and ask your sender not to use them.

Still not received, been sat at Sydney depot for 5 days

How did this rate more than one star

Still waiting on a delivery that arrived in Sydney afternoon. 3rd August and has not progressed any further, now 12 October and it Is still stuck in Sydney and has not been delivered to Melbourne It’s probably been lost and they just aren’t saying Appalling service

Awful, my parcel says it’s been picked up and in transit in Melbourne well over a week ago. So where is it now? Absolute worst.

Have given clear instructions to drop parcel at front, door had been many instances parcels are placed in the assigned area. Once some books were kept at the back door where is no protection from rain, the books got drenched and the pages got stuck together, I will be claiming that from the seller as they are damaged.

extremely slow postage and not very helpful when it comes to slow delays

All my other orders have arrived but for some reason my parcel is held up with these guys. Cleared by customs one week ago still at there warehouse.

Totally incompetent not worth 1 star but cannot rate less
