Fastway Australia reviews

This is an absolutely terrible service. My packages don't come to me I've been messed around with calling cards countless times. And there is no information as to where the collection point is if you can't have it directly delivered.

Package was due 21st April, but finally received it today 26th. It was delivered yesterday, but no one knocked on the door, so I went searching for them after checking the tracker. I live in a block of units in a bad area, so I’m really glad no one stole them.

Sendle tracking is horrible. But I've never had any issues with my Fastway or Aramex couriers

Can't see where package is or when it's coming just being sorted

Sadly you can't give a minus rating every time a seller uses your business I either don't receive it or it's weeks over due,there is no service

Worst courier company in Australia. 2 weeks to get a parcel from Sydney to Melbourne. No contact number to find out what happening. Don’t use them.

This was collected into Sydney depot on 1st April...its now 14th April and still no sign of it...extremely poor service even under the current strain of operating under covit19

My package was collected 7 days ago in Brisbane. It’s still in Brisbane. Was supposed to be delivered to Sydney in 3 days, not happy Jan!!! This is exceptionally poor service for the cost. Everyone else seems to be able to manage on time during this crisis.

Every time I get sent packages through Fastways it takes forever. Faster ordering from overseas. I could walk for pick up and still be home weeks before Fastways arrive.

Pathetic service failed to deliver parcel then have been waiting for 45mins to find out where parcel has been taken still on hold

Item supposedly taken to pickup point by courier the site was supposed to update this location on 01/04 I have no idea where my parcel is, not the 1 st time there have been issues with this company would have left a zero rating if possible

They have no idea where my carton is

They do not seem to be able to change the address as promised. it has taken 2 weeks of trying to get a package delivered from Brisbane to Sydney and now they tell me it has been returned to sender?
