Takes too long to arrive 1 week longer than Australia post

Driver did not leave any pick up details

My parcel did not delivered and lying in sydney depo for more than 2 weeks. No appreciable respond to complain ticket.

Every item that comes to me via "Fast"way, and I do use the name sarcastically, takes soooooooo very long. I think there is something basically wrong with their processes. Worst courier I know. Would give zero stars by not an option unfortunately.

Why does, arguably the biggest company in the world Amazon, use this completely useless courier company to deliver their goods and puss their customers. I will tell you why! You buy cheap, you get cheap ! Cannot even track where the heck my parcel is ???

Shoking service. Delivery took for ever to arrive. No one answers the phone to chace up the missing package. Couriers Please has a much hetter service

I'm never going to use Fastway any more. The reason why they changed the name to Aramex because they are no more Fastway. Instead they are Slow way. Hopless

The worth courier ever. Parcels take for ever to get delivered. Drivers are becoming very lazy to do their work and there is no managers to complain to. All calls go offshore and the only thing they say is sorry.bludy hopeless

My parce has been in Melbourne since the 7th of Feb. I could have walked to Barnawartha by now ??? Do these people not have the ability to use a phone to sory out their problems.

My package is still sitting in the sorting room six days later,.... Less than an hour away from where i live, i really cannot understand this.

Expected delivery date : Jan 25 Checked delivery status on Jan 26 to find out that my item was already sent back to the sender. Without any communication they delivered on Jan. 19. Right now I am still waiting for my refund... I lost all my trust in this company.

Very Slow at delivering your parcel never gets here on time comes few days to a week after due date pretty poor delivery service
