Haven’t receive my parcel.

Always the same, should rename them to Slow way. My parcel has been sitting in Sydney for 8 days now since they received it. If I had known it was going to be sent by this courier, I would have refused as it is the same problem every time.

Absolutely pathetic take weeks for a local package to be delivered and arrives in broken and disgusting shape do not use these couriers

Fastway continues to be the worst courier I have ever know. I avoid them like the plaque. Every single delivery is either broken , delayed or lost ..

Delivered 7 days late then on delivery day claim nobody home even though someone home 24 hours a day

Appalling service, rude gentleman in the office in Bundaberg, tracking is not updated, been waiting for over a week, can't find my item. Terrible. I will never buy from anyone again who uses Fastway couriers

Appalled by the service! Upon ringing the Bundaberg office I spoke with a very rude, unhelpful man!

Very slow service and delivery man does have manners at all. I missed few deliveries last year.

The absolute worst Courier Service, Ever! It’s too much trouble for them to come knock on the door, instead, they stick parcels, that need to be signed for, in my letterbox, next to a busy street, where people can see and steal. God help if it’s raining,, I’m sure they just open their van window and just throw the parcel. I am sick of complaining. Why do businesses,, after reading these reviews, still use them. Thanks for nothing!!
