  • 1.5 stars means this company has a rating of less than 1 as it’s not possible to rate less than one which is what most customers have done. After two days of parcel being out for delivery we still have no parcel

  • Ever time I have to have a delivery from you guys...there is always a problem.What's with you guys??? Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy! Worst couriers in Australia by far.

  • Not only was I home when the "You were out" card was delivered but the tracking number was different to that provided by the supplier and, when entered into the web page, it pointed me to the wrong pick up location. Just as well that I rang. Not a good experience.

  • Extremely poor service. Instruction were to leave at front door. Also courier was in such a hurry to get on the road he didn’t leave enough time for anyone to getup out of bed and unlock the door.

  • The most useless company imaginable. Hopeless, no information pretend tracking. Say they will answer inquiries from their tracking website but never do. Tracking on 2 items seems to indicate the items sat in Sydney with no action in more than a week.

  • Parcel sent to wrong addresses, taking weeks longer than estimated, card left but I was home and nobody knocked on the door. Not very good service.
