What tracking, so far its high speed has had it picked up for two days, not appatently going anywhere

I have dealt with fastaway couriers lots of times now and my parcels have always been delayed sometimes weeks after they have supposed to be delivered not a good look for such a large company maybe they should scale back a bit and start delivering on time and get there reputation sorted out before anything else.

Terrible Service. Takes ages to get your parcel.

They didnt even ring my unit and suddenly message pop up from my amazone app..it said the courier couldnt deliver my package..wtf?! Im at my house from this morning until afternoon !

Been waiting for my item for more than 2 weeks

Still no parcel on Thursday even though it’s been on it’s way from Sydney since Saturday ?

Parcel sent Monday and still showing being sorted on Thursday. Useless and slow way not fast way.

Half my order was not delivered

Would give u less but it page doesn't allow. Still waiting for parcel .left Sydney Dec 13, hasbeen in Perth since Dec 19th. Very long trip to Adelaide!

I can't believe how poor service they provide to their customers. I am also a driver and my job is to deliver the stuff to the customer. If someone is not available we take the photo of the property and send to our supervisor. But with this company total different story. Very bad experience.
