Worst courier service ever

Zero. I wish I never ordered an item that uses your service. You've sent it all over the country for no reason and everyone keeps passing the buck, absolutely disgraceful.

Worst delivery and company in the world

Appalling service. Courier left card without knocking on the door. Waited for twenty minutes to speak customer service who were extremely unhelpful. This has happened on several occasions. Such an unprofessionally run business .

Left Sydney for Adelaide 13/12/19 according to online tracking has been sitting in Perth til now!! Have phoned company 3 times & emailed 3 times. Still have NOT got back to me! Says a lot about this company!

The name doesn’t reflect the performance at all. Definetely the slowest and worst courier in Australia. Better change the name to Camel Express or similar!

Still haven’t received a delivery that was being delivered from Stanthorpe to Brisbane. Still in transit since 27/11/19!!!!!!!!
