Appalling service. Courier left card without knocking on the door. Waited for twenty minutes to speak customer service who were extremely unhelpful. This has happened on several occasions. Such an unprofessionally run business .

Left Sydney for Adelaide 13/12/19 according to online tracking has been sitting in Perth til now!! Have phoned company 3 times & emailed 3 times. Still have NOT got back to me! Says a lot about this company!
