Terribly terribly slow 9 times out of 10 you need to ring the courier and chase your item up. Otherwise they simply leave it on board ! The company needs a urgent overhaul just terrible

I've received items before the estimated date of arrival.

Hopeless service, tracking said it would be delivered over a week ago still waiting nearly 10 days later,would not recommend faster.

Been waiting 2wls for them to deliver a parcel that was sent from 1hr away and still waiting. Been told 4 times it will be delivered on certain days and still no parcel. $18 for delivery on a small item for them to stuff you around and not deliver it. Then to try and get information on it is impossible.

Your tracking information says in transit, Picked up 6th December due for delivery 17th but no tracking information after the 6th. How can we track if there is no information. Tracking no. RZ0005010624.

There were three people at the address all day, there was a car parked in the drive way, it seems no attempt was made to effect the delivery. We have been advised that the delivery will be made today between 8:00am and 9:00 am. Still no delivery at 9:45. Order placed 2/12/19 dispatched from UK 4/12/19, arrived in Australia 7/12/19 cleared customs 10/12/19. 17/12/19 still waiting for delivery. This is why Australia is going broke and companies are putting off staff.

Cannot call any one to find out where my delivery is . Wbsite hard to use.

Only deliver to my address twice per week. Don't live in a capital city.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 13th now the 17th and Farstaway still say they haven’t received pull your socks up and get on with it

I am disgusted with the lack of communication towards your customers and the disregard for their parcels that’s they are waiting for and the non existent customer service.

A very unsatisfactory delivery service. Ordered my purchase on 3.12.19 and can not track it, or get an answer to my querys via email very bad service, and dtill can not contact anyone to find out whats happening.
