WORST FREIGHT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. 18 days from Melbourne to Perth and counting. No idea where my parcel is or when I can expect to see it. Zero customer service. Absolutely hopeless. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. Gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them a lower score.

They are useless the Indian drivers do not even get out of the van to check to see if anybody is home they do not leave cards either and they lose your product it is absolutely ridiculous

The tracking system has not been updated 5 days after the package was collected. I have been advised, after spending considerable time trying to locate my package, that it will take a further 48 hours to deliver. Just not good enough.

Appalling! Sent one parcel to Melbourne instead of Sydney. Are TWO WEEKS late with another and HAVEN'T replied to my requests for information about it. I wonder if I'll ever see the third one I'm expecting ... DODGY OPERATORS! One still given only to proceed. Would otherwise give a minus rating.

Tracking #RZ0005087299 When I looked up my number it just said it was picked up and there has been no more additions. It was supposed to have been here on the 11th according to the sellers sight. Last time I had a delivery from you guys it disappeared into thin air and has never surfaced. Upon chasing it up I left at least 5 inquiries and you never even had the courteousy to reply. Unfortunately I didn't have the choice of couriers. Last year I had nothing but good things to say about Fastway but it seems as though the bigger you have gotten the smaller the people that put you there have become. It's amazing how much just a message can increase your customer base.
