Slow way definitely need a name change

Almost impossible to track accurately and slow updating

Absolutely terrible service. 3 weeks behind already from Melbourne to Echuca 2 hrs drive! Requesting a Refund - can’t understand why this company is still in business! Will not order anything with these Couriers to deliver - BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - bloody useless!

Left a review on 19/4/22 rang the company everyday still no parcel ?????? Very dismissive on the phone. Not even worth 1 star

Ment to be here to day 22 04 22 still shows in Melbourne 14 04 22 used to be good service. China post 6 days to Australia including crossing China. AND THEY HAVE COVID 19.Chief Executive should should go in shame.

Absolutely horrible service. Item picked up,item not moving,item still at sort facility,item scanned,item at sort facility,item in transit,item at sort facility! Absolutely useless,as a business owner I would never use fastway! Sendle is where it's at. Fast,simple,done right. Fastway should be ashamed of themselves.
