Utter rubbish 3weeks Melbourne to Melbourne what a joke

Excellent service I only had to wait one day my order was dispatched on Monday arriving tomorrow Wednesday very quick delivery ? no complaints here excellent service

2 weeks from 1 side of Sydney to the other and STILL waiting.

One star is beyond generous. Slow and disorganised company. Appalling service, appalling communication

If I could give 0 stars that would be better, packages late, no infomation on tracking.

If I could give 0 I would. Parcel received by Fastaway on 16th March. Due for delivery on 31st March. Still hasn’t left their despatch warehouse. ?

Totally hopeless company. Our parcel was picked up by Slowway 2 weeks ago and STILL NOT DELIVERED, even though our home is less than a 45 minute drive from their warehouse. #####ing ridiculous!

Hopeless, hopeless service from this Tortoiselike bunch of no-hopers. We ordered goods online 10 days ago. According to the tracker it was collected from the warehouse by Fastway 9 days ago - and 9 days later is still NOT delivered. The retailer and us are both in suburban Sydney - how long does it take to deliver an item from Penrith to Emu Plains!!!!???

Ordered something of eBay and is still sitting in Sydney from 25 March 2 weeks later

Very poor service bought item of eBay on 18/03/22 still hasn’t been delivered 9/04/22 who knows when it will arrive been at Sydney airport for 7 day great service , lift your game

Garbage company, why do companies employe these losers, every delivery is the same, very late or lost, I hope they eventually go bankrupt, not even worth one star!

There is no movement with my delivery in last week.. still showing Melbourne from last week..
