Item purchased 25th Feb, item still sitting in Syd waiting to be processed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUIRE THE ITEMS URGENTLY. THEY ARE ABSOLUTE RUBBISH

Never had any problems very professional

The absolute worst courier you could ever use. They seldom reply to emails, when they do they’re very rude and rarely answer the question you ask. They’ll lie to you so you’ll hang up and stop annoying them. The idiot courier claimed no one home to deliver my parcel but my 3 cameras say he’s a liar. He brought the parcel the next day, but the moron forgot to leave the parcels that were due that day. When I phoned the girl swore black and blue he would deliver it today, even though he had already been to my house and she told me that the courier doesn’t go to the same area twice a day. She saw that as a logical answer. Do not use these clowns.

Sitting at Depot for two weeks wtf, lift your game people and stop blaming everything else.

Sent a envelope priority mail from Roanoke Rapids NC to Greensboro NC approximately 135 miles the letter went to Raleigh post office sent it to California and they have no idea when it will be delivered. When l inquired about l was told by management priority mail is not guaranteed. This is the worst customer service I've encountered in all my days smh! Rating.... 0 not in scale

Items ordered from China arrived in 4 business days by speedpak!!! Items from Melbourne and Sydney have been well over 4 weeks and they still have not left the dispatch depot. Terrible service you should be ashamed Fastway Australia

Picked up on the 4th with no delivery date in sight! It's the 8th and it's in the same place. Covid is a great coverall excuse for bad service
