Fast way picked up my parcel on the 02/03/2022, no sign of it yet and tracking is a joke as the don't update

It has been over a month and I’m still waiting for my parcel…

Is this the worst courier company in Australia? If not, I'd like to know how any other could be worse.

I placed an order in February, since 2nd of March with Fastway. 31st now and NO UPDATES WHATSOEVER. Pretty poor, can't recommend Fastway at all.

Pretty substandard sadly. I get it’s a VERY budget courier but it’s like a delivery service from wish.

FASTWAY? really should be SLOWAY. My items get left in letter box after hours and we don't find it till next morning if it's still there. I really wish companies would avoid using these slow couriers, even snail mail parcels from auspost get delivered quicker.

Parcel delivery times are absurdity it's ridiculous the amount of time it takes to receive your goods

eBay sellers should move out from this company as you are getting negative reviews for the late delivery. According to Fastway my address couldn't be found...I have bought multiple things from eBay and never ever had an issue delivering to my address. Very slow Not happy at all

Absolute company. Dump your packages outside in the evening you don't even know it's there until early morning if you're lucky and it's stillthere.

I have been waiting 26 days for a parcel yet I had a 70kg treadmill delivered by a different courier from Sydney to Perth in 1 week no excuses why the difference?

Very slow,should be slowway instead of fastway.

Have used Fastways on and off for many years. Always reliable and their drivers have always been friendly and courteous. Even past drivers will often drop by work and say hello.

Zero rating for this inefficient courier. You better close down your business.

Lousy courier. Takes ages to arrive if not lost. Very poor service

Package has been processed for 2 weeks I wonder if it will be delivered before Christmas 22?
