  • Your the slowest courier your sorting stations keep parcels for four to seven days. Whats the hold up ? Got no staff. You should give up . Your unprofessional.

  • If I could give 0 star I most definitely would! No updates on parcel and it was 2 weeks ago.. Have received multiple parcels from Australia Post that were purchased 1 week ago. Fastway definitely needs to either make changes to better the company or change the company name to SnailMail

  • If there was a rating Less than 1 then I'd choose that. Order item on Jan 26 from Sydney. Delivered Feb 21. Notified that Aramex (Fastway) had shipping details on Jan 29. Over 3 weeks to deliver from Sydney to Grovedale (Vic). USELESS! In comparison ordered printer ink (also from Sydney) it was delivered in 2 days!!! Via Auspost..yes, Auspost. Will never ever use Aramex by choice.

  • I wish they had zero stars as an option. They lost yet again 3 parcels purchased of ebay. No tracking updates, no nothing. These guys don't give a crap about you or your parcel, only about you paying them. The worst courier company in Australia by far. None come close to this level of poor service....

  • If there was an option to give ---⭐ rating,I certainly would.I cringe everytime a business uses this company.Parcels regardless of locality have a 14 day collection to delivery time frame.I have watched parcels bounce around or sit stagnant with no updates for up to a month before they arrive.There is little if any customer service availability. While covid-19 impacts have played a part in some of the issues.This company had an appaling record in relation to efficiency,and customer service and satisfaction prior to the pandemic. I am currently watching a parcel,That should have arrived.Submitted an enquiry and as expected no response or support has eventuated from that query. As I can see in the other responses here,There is an extremely high level of dissatisfaction from customers.Please provide a submission of your experience to the consumer ombudsman.It is within your rights to do so,Then maybe the higher ups in the company may listen.
