Parcel took 3 days from USA to Australia. Been sitting at Fastway Sydney depot since 4 th of Feb... Not even left for Brisbane yet...ridiculous in the extreme

Absolutely hopeless I’m still waiting for my parcel which they had taken possession of on the 2nd Feb at 3:37pm and is still sitting in Sydney I’ll be paying extra to have my parcels delivered by a reliable company never again Fastway maybe you should change your name to SLOW WAY

4 days and waiting for a delivery from 40 minutes away, has not moved since 10/02/22. not impressed

It has been 14days and the status is still details sent to Fastway? super slow

Disgusting service still waiting on my item as it’s in the department 10minutes away and can’t get it myself

Everytime so slow, I understand delays with covid but I get international delivery faster ..... never again!

This company is terrible..they lost an item..had too get it reissued from the seller..now it's been sitting in transit for 4 days and counting..there customer phone service are damn well rude and cut you off and don't care...no tracking information via email either...this is the 3rd issue I've had with this company...what a disgrace..sellers shouldn't use them...

Unable to deliver consistently

8 days to get from Sydney NSW to Sydney NSW had a delivery arrive from the states in 6 days from order purchased online at the same time

Now mid Feb. Have my parcel at Melbournw depot since early December and it has not moved dispite assurances it was being dispatched urgently in mid January. Absolute incompetence and no honest attempt to forgive their contract dispite repeated attempts to get answers. I will be getting back to my supplier and insisting on action, be it a claim for loss or replacement with another freight company. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEXCUSABLE TO TAKE OVER 2 MONTH TO OFFER NO REASON OR RESOLUTION FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER DISPITE NUMEROUS ATTEMPS BY SUPPLY TO OBTAIN ANSWERS AS TO WHY THIS HAS NOT EVEN LEFT YOUR DEPOT. I wish a negative rating was allowed here. Not even 1 star but my comments not allowed without it.??

Hopeless, so slow it not funny

The delivery was on time. The driver did not knock on the door, it sounded like they threw the package hitting the screen door and the rubbish bin beside it. I am assuming they threw the package as I Opened the door 10 to 15 seconds after the noise at the door, and the driver was already backing out of the drive way.
