This is the slowest delivery ever! Waiting for 7 weeks now and still no movement with tracking number. Apparently still in Sydney!! I could have walked over east to collect, that would have been faster and more reliable. If I have a choice, never will I use this courier company.

No wonder they changed the name from Fastway to Aramax because there is nothing fast about the delivery times, one of the slowest ever couriers

Far to slow for a courier, picked up 25th March and still in Sydney 5th April

Worst for parcel delivery i no it's Covid but brought item on 6th March dispatched 7 March 4 April still haven't received my parcel

Ordered online, ex Sydney, 4 weeks later, still nothing. It appears i could walk faster than thia courier service. (I use the words service tounge in cheek) This is the second ebay ordee that has experienced long courier delay, i let the 1st one through to the keeper. Any future ebay purchases with aramax or fastway as the courier? Forget it

Soooo sloow. I order from My Deal 18th March.....my item has been at Fastway depot since 23rd March. 3rd April still there. So much for FASTway!!!@@

If I was aloud to leave zero stars I would. Company needs investing via an ombudsman. Parcel still been processed in sorting facility since March 7. Totally incompetent

Compared to others they are very slow. Slow pick up. Slow transfer. Slow delivery.

Should be called Super Slowway. Over 6 weeks from Brisbane and still no parcel or updates on tracking. The automated chat reponses are a joke.

Fastway are so slow. Slower then auspost. I was meant to recieve my parcel Thursday yes it is only Friday but it has not moved from Sydney. Ebay need to go back to using auspost. And what is with the tracking going from gold coast to Sydney when im in the opposite direction.
