2 weeks from Sydney to Wangaratta and still no parcel, if I could leave zero star rating I would.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star scanned out of sydney on the 8th of april 10 days later nothing, meanwhile ordered an item from america that is already here makes no bloody sense first it was 3 days delivery now 10 how many more ?

Useless. Even during parcels are moving quickly. My parcel has not moved from 'picked up by courier' for 16 days. I have no idea why businesses use them. Snail mail through Auspost is much faster.

I did not get my ? Very very poor service I requested a picture where dropped it But nothing?????????????

I would give -10 starts if the would be a option.

Fastway should be called Slow way, been waiting 5 weeks for a parcel. Ordering items from America is quicker then ordering items from Australia. I understand staff levels are low due to dismissing workers who are not vaccinated and also all those in isolation, hope you can employ robots soon.

No tracking data since parcel picked up in Sydney March 22nd & it is now April 14th. ??

Have to delivery address but website won’t allow it and they don’t respond to emails by phone you get some overseas call centre and they claim to report the matter to the office wherever that is but still change to online delivery address

Inconsistent, I ordered several packages from Amazon at the same time, a couple arrived so quickly that Amazon still isn’t aware that it has been delivered. However one arrive weeks later than all the rest, and when it finally arrived the very delicate package had been forced into my mailbox, and was left half hanging out in the rain. However the other larger packages were sent quickly and delivered properly.

No tracking available. Pathetic service !

If there was a negative option, i would be using it!Paid to have a part delivered overnight express from Townsville to Bundaberg. Has been a week and the parcel has still not arrived. Terrible service
