Worst ever company, takes weeks to deliver never use hermes

Dreadful. Two deliveries. Neither received. I cringe when delivery company is Hermes because I know the parcel will never arrive. Disappointing.

Absolutely shocking service you can't deliver the goods on time and lie about attempted deliveries give false information on packages . Avoid like the plaque utter shambles off a courier service in fact the worst Ave ever dealt with

If my parcel ever arrives I'll put a rating up. 4 days since Hermes collected my parcel. God knows how far it's travelled since then.

I shouldn't give even 1 star.. Very poorly service. The delivery man was so rude and out of order by throwing my parcel over the fence and walk away with proud!!!!

So you say uve delivered my parcel at some house which i went to and surprise surprise not there the service is a joke cant even deliver a simple parcel to the right address we have this problem every time how the company is still going is beyond me absolute joke i give it a star just so i can submit my review not even worth that

Absolutely useless delivery company. Says parcel left in secure location. Would be nice to know where this secure location is.

Picked up Tuesday still not delivered ! Thursdays update was it will be delivered next day Saturday we are working on your delivery !

Hermes/Evri are the worst courier company ever. Deliveries don't arrive when they should so you waste time sitting at home. If you arrange for the parcel to go to a pick up point it always arrives too late to be collected that day. I hate it when I realise Hermes/Evri is the courier because I know I will have problems. Do they think that changing the name of the company will make them better? Come on, please forget about changing names and make sure your couriers deliver on time. I know there can be problems occasionally but problems are far more regular than they should be. Don't bother contacting head office, they are like politicians never answering your question

Hermes /evri are not to be trusted , you measure parcel out the weight you get a price and then before they deliver they extort another £10.80 due to parcel being too big ..but everything they ask for online you provide in full have taken pictures of size prior to sending and they still charge you more it won’t deliver it..absolute thieves and scammers do not trust this company they will fleece you

Missed my parcel and was given a slip with nothing written on it not even the tracking number, website says it was sent to a neighbour but not which one. Awful

It is always worrying time when I realise, something has been sent to me by Hermes as I have been let down by delays and non-deliveries a few times. I am surprised, they are still in business !!!

Delivery still not arrived, well past delivery date. Good luck trying to talk to a real person to sort it out. Shocking service.

5x my parcels have not been delivered 1x parcel was delivered and it was open and item was damaged, there should also have minus stars as their service does not deserve 1 star, absolute cowboys
