The delivery is never on time always delays very disappointing

Tracking is a joke it is so out of date

Utter garbage, hate your company for its consistent failure to deliver.

Hermes have always been terrible

I would be stupid to submit my credit card details to open an account with you. I'm not stupid so can't track item returned to Amazon

bad service took long time although , payed next day delivery

Everytime I have a delivery from Hermes there's a problem.

I get a stress headache everytime Hermes are involved with a delivery as there is always a problem.

Still awaiting my parcel from 13th. Dispatched by company. Got tracking no from Hermes, but seem to be just sitting there and not Dispatched. Company are a disgrace

I never get most of my things they take a photo of it at my door I'm sure they take it bk lost so much money

Imagine ordering bird toys and them being thrown in the bin area so you have to wash everything 2-3 times so you can use them in the bird cage or taking it to the wrong number 28 building or every parcel that dose turn up nog just being thrown but also late ?

I was meant to of have a parcel last month and one yesterday but had nothink worse company coming as they don't update there tracking its lucky it got 1 star cause I would of gave it no stars

I returned one items to amazon 24th January 2022.But this not delivered to amazon. So i lost my money

As usual, a total waste of time, last parcel sent to me was still in the collection point 7 days after it had been put there, this delivery they have said it is being sorted for over a week as well. Total waste of time and money. Can't beat the Post Office.

Only bad experiences with Hermes,my parcel never arrived.Nightmare drivers!When I will buy again on ebay I will speak with the sellers to avoid to send with HERMES
