I placed a order on ebay it was due yesterday but as it was a bank holiday weekend I would wait till mid week but it's been dispatched and Hermes tracking number dosent work what was I expecting my 8 month old granddaughter could do a better job

Very poor, yet again. Parcel was due last week and nothing received. Tracking system is useless.

The worse courier service in the entire country. They exist to take your money and that is it. Steal and lose parcels at an unbelievable rate. Hardly surprising they have tried to cloak this by changing names to evri.

Not the first time I've had problems with Hermes. I think retailers should show what courier they use on their home page so that we can all avoid the hassle and buy your goods elsewhere.

Always know I am going to have problems receiving my parcel, when Hermes are delivering. We should be able to choose which couriers deliver to us, Hermes are consistently unreliable. H000UA0001423873

As always a nice little bit of paper through the door with no info on it good job hermes can always rely on you not to have the helpful info

Every time we have a problem with delivery package

Tracking number not even found. Though what did I expect ?

Tried delivery, no note, nothing on tracking. Maybe it will arrive tomorrow? Don't know and can't find out.

I have a local hermes driver monday to friday delivery is excellent come weekend different person delivers anywhere not at my address. They need to go to Specsavers

Driver brought parcel to the door, knocked, and then didn't follow the instructions I'd left, to leave in the front porch. The card that was pushed through the letter box is blank. Only plus is that I got my parcel on time. But service is extremely bad in other areas.

Tracking absolutely rubbish, never updated, didn’t tell me it was out for delivery and took 3 days longer than it was supposed to!
