Always late and no way to contact them. Why do sellers bother.

Why is everyone saying they had problems the only bad thing is it comes later than it's supposed to but only by a few days and none of my order was robbed it came and it was in a safe spot my garden

No parcel. Card left with no information on it about where the parcel was left. Tracked the number on the website and it says ‘left in a secure place at the address.’ Where exactly?!!

Shocking service supposed to be delivered on 7/4/22 seemingly the driver had a problem getting to my address although any sat nav or Google maps takes you right to my postcode it's now the 15/4/22 and still not received my parcel and the tracking service isn't giving me any updates either absolutely 0 stars for this company

Worst delivery company by far. Next day delivery, now on day 5 been at the delivery depot since the early hours and still not out for delivery. Royal mail maybe be slow but its always on time! Zero stars

Disgusting service. Honestly I don’t know who they hire. Parcel left behind a random bin on a random street for like 3 working days. Card left inside my letterbox with NO writing to say where the parcel even was. Neighbour from two doors down luckily found it before throwing out the bins!
