The worst Carrier ever

I urge people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as very dishonest staff there they see what you order if they like it hmm all of a sudden its lost or been sent back to sender you arrive at ghe place to pick up it can not be found hmm this is what happens when you employ cheap labour from dverywhere if I could give minus stars I would

This is the worst couriers I have ever dealt with my parcel arrived at one of their depos on the 6th April 2022 and is still waiting to be dispatched what a cowboy outfit has just changed its name to something not really interested really as still the worst couriers I have dealt with do not use them as you parcels get lost or arrive too late

Absolutely terrible iv had 21 other items delivered by Amazon on different days since iv even had 2 hot tubs delivered next day for goodness sake and these have lost a gazebo not a small item and yet they haven't updated my tracking since Friday it's now Thursday the following week thanks Hermes

If Carlsberg done couriers it certainly wouldn't b hermes

Another parcel apparently missing. Refund requested from seller. I’m not accepting it now.

Absolute disgrace of a courier service my parcel was opened and had a item stolen then taped back up with hermes tape avoid at all costs

Absolutely the worst courier service in the world had part of my order robbed

They don't do a lower enough star rating would never recommend this service part of my order had been taken out the box and stuck back together with hermes tape phoned up and weren't interested stay clear be warned

Several deliverys from Hermes and all on time with no problems Good service

Worst delivery service ever. I guess underpaying the drivers doesn't help.

always later then what the ‘expected delivery’ date and time are. still get my packages in good condition just not accurate updates considering the frequency of updates sent
