Multiple deliveries always taking longer than expected

I cant believe the service I'm not getting all the time Hermes every time attempt delivery has been there has been people on site it really cant that hard to do a delivery job you a parcel and take it to the address rubbish service wouldn't use them again

Few years ago in their depo someone(must have beeb employee) stole a guitar i posted . Nothing has been done about it. If I could Id give then half a star.

A useless company in everyway

Went to collect my parcel from pick up to be told it has been sent back, tracking number stating its at the shop ready for collection.. its not!! And no one knows where it is

Worse company ever. Always loosing parcels.

I’ve never had a problem Excellent service all round, In fact to me they are number 1 out of the rest, even Royal Mail are not as good

Always on time and read instructions

Extremely inefficient. Very unreliable

As advice donot give them your card details as everytime found a new withdrawl without any reasons also poor and bad customer service even with the new name evri it becomes worse than before

Even one star is too much. Very, very, very poor quality of the customer service. There is no option for noting on your website. And 6£ per call is completely ridiculous.

How many parcels sent to me will get lost, will my next one join the others lost in the Hermesphere

I've not received two of my orders from Hermes. They are supposed to have attempted delivery but no evidence of this. And they don't recognize ID numbers of said items?

Says delivered today ( Sunday) Google says don't deliver Sundays yet marked as delivered. Waited 2 weeks so guess hermes have stolen another parcel
