I don’t want to give my card details, I’m simply trying to track a package.

I have been looking for my parcel for over seven weeks and it still not arrived, so I tracked it and Hermes have it, they even told me they tried to deliver it on three separate occasions but it is only headphones they will fit through the letterbox so this is not true because I have been home every single day, you can’t even phone them up, and they have changed their number so I dialled the number and it was a technology company and has nothing to do with a parcel delivery service, I just want to know where my parcel is but it says it’s been delayed and that was the 29th of March and they told me it was going to be delivered within the next day but now it is the 8th of April and I still don’t have my headphones, I want this sorted as quickly as possible because I am fed up of waiting

Terrible service said Fri coming it's sat still no sign says it's at delivery depot since Friday I wouldn't use service royal mail ain't this bad . DO NOT USE IF CAN

ordered something of ebay for delivery to local shop and hermes said they attempted delivery and returned to sender ?

Can't make human contact when need to speak to someone regarding a delivery

Depending upon the drivers , some ring the bell , opened the conservatory door , and leave the parcel inside as we advised on the door .( we unlocked the patio door for expected delivery date and time ) Some left the parcel outside without even ring the bell or open / knock the door or even not reading note on the door at all . Some are worst , putting the parcel inside the wheelie bin or between the bins , Hemes can be very tricky to track like today , no progress online . I don’t understand why Amazon is using Hemesat all .

Terrible service. Paid extra for overnight delivery and still not delivered 5days later?

How this company is still operating is beyond me , countless times ive ordered things , not one delivery service has let me down , but hermes !!! Bunch of incompetant baffoons

This company needs to be liquidated it is a total waste of space , i would rather hire a blind goldfish to deliver my parcels ,

Item recieved by them from vendor 4 days ago, still hasn't left there depot yet? No contact number, what a shambles of a company.

Always late. Always lie.they actually charge you to complain . If you use this company then you are deliberately insulting your customers
