A disaster, the package was abandoned on the lawn in front of the apartment block. Anyone could take it, luckily my friend found it. How can that be? This is unacceptable.

Hermes should have delivered a parcel on the 5th it’s now the 7th and it still shows as picked up….pathetic service

Utter rubbish I thought a delivery company was suppose to deliver your parcel to your door not in the next street I live at 48 but as there is nobody home I won't leave a card and just deliver it to no 30, according to the person I purchased this from. Well I suggest u go back to no 30 collect my parcel and deliver it to 48 absolute disgrace everytime I buy on eBay I can guarantee Hermes will fuck it all up for u and no I haven't received my parcel yet

Claim to have delivered to us on 14th March 2022 at 1117 through our letterbox. Hmmmm CCTV says you were never at our house on the day. Makes you wonder just how much their drivers steal........ Gave 1 star because I can't give none

This company for the big confusion. I have lived at the hotel address for 10 years. Yesterday the courier did not deliver the package because he lied and wrote that the hotel was closed. The time of courier entry until September 14, the great liar was not at the address. Good scam and noe courier company

Ridiculous constantly claiming that yous have attempted my delivery but clearly haven’t ridiculous

Just useless- ignored note left on front door detailing safe place to leave parcel. Now awaiting second delivery attempt - total waste of their time and mine.

Hermes is a very poor delivery company.the just store peoples parcel without delivering it

I’m actually convinced that they only actually deliver you parcel on the 9th day of the first month after a full moon !! Because why lie just say I can’t be bothered to drive to your house open the gate and give your stuff I’m paid too.. just say that !!

Terrible service I would not have any parcel with them at all, problems with delivery problems with contacting them, problems with collecting parcel from local depot.

5 days I have been waiting for my parcel. It’s only a small item but still, I’m still waiting to receive it. Every time I’ve ordered ANYTHING offline, I’ve always wished it wasn’t Hermes but they ALWAYS get my address wrong. No matter how many times I write in the description of myself giving directions to my property. If Royal Mail can do it, so can Hermes. Your a dreadful company and thousands of people would agree.

Parcels never arrive when they are suppose to even when you pay next day delivery. Drivers are always rude as well
