I couldn't give less than one star or I would have. I posted a parcel on Dec. 6th & it still hasn't been delivered. This was the last straw as they have previously lost 3 parcels of mine. Please anyone reading this DO NOT USE THIS FIRM they have cunningly changed it now to EVRI so beware

You can't win with Hermes they are either quick or dreadfully slow it can take days to leave a sender's depot

Dreadful this company have had my parcel six day called the shop where it is to be delivered and they told me this is normal no one comes to pick up the parcels either. And got a nerve to change there name still a rubbish company

Just said they have tried to deliver it when I’m in the house waiting for it to be delivered, never even heard a van, obviously someone couldn’t be arsed trying

Parcel delivered left outside my house outside the rear yard entrance door. Luckily no one take it away, this is not the first time. I'm not happy ?

Next day delivery on Friday still not arrived by Sunday with no options for rebooking times or to update to leave at a local store as I will now be at work

worst company ever but people will still use them to deliver your item because there cheap would rather pay more for delivery and use dpd

Been waiting for delivery since 30th March, says its being del 2nd April still not here and thay don't update tracking which is rather annoying as you don't know what's going on no problem with couriers themselves always been brilliant
