Worst courier service ever. Left my parcel outside in public and then the item was stolen. Now i have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for a refund. Awful service

H01NQA0004004194 Waiting for 3 different deliveries from 3 different sellers ??? All all other companies arrived on time. I’m currently waiting on stock promised 17 days ago !!!!!!! Absolutely shocking would give zero stars if possible ? I’m taking this further massive let down to my company

I’ve had 4 parcels not delivered gone missing in the last month

Utter rubbish waited in 2 days for package to be collected did not collect had to make alternative arrangements with amazon

I never received my parcel and they never lift a card

Wouldnt recommend hermes at all they do not read notices left in the window about delivering to my neighbours if i am out or when you even set up a safe place on the system THE WORST COURIER OUT THERE

Hermes have not contacted me re a delivery where they cannot find the flat. Total lack of communication. You cannot call to sort it out.

I have nothing but trouble with this company!!! The amount of time they ‘lose’ deliveries or say they ‘haven’t received from the place where order was placed!! Even though the place of order have clearly dispatched it! I’m going to have to leave a site where I regularly order stuff because they use this awful company which are SO unreliable!!!!!

Update your tracking info! Getting in touch with Amazon to be told the carrier is Hermes and the parcel has been picked up, yet your tracking info states you have not yet received it, and that was on 27th of this month! UPDATE YOUR TRACKING INFO FOR GOODNESS SAKE!! ?
