Worst ever had two men deliver a large parcel the parcel was so damaged I refused it and they got so abusive to me I was so shaken up I was on my own never use this company. It was summat I ordered on ebay

I have to say that we have never had any issues with Hermes, either dropping off or receiving parcels. Our local hermes point even has a printer so we don't have to print label at home. System works perfectly, easy to track so you know exactly where your parcel is at any one time. Our delivery lady is the best, always runs to time, she is polite, friendly ad efficient, she knows our safe place and uses it when needed. She also observes covid safety every time. Cannot fault our service at all.

Second time in less than 8 months I didn’t get my parcels. Hermes could be quite unreliable.

Worst delivery company I have ever used, hardly anything is delivered on time -usually a week later than expected!

Zero stars. Lost package, comms awful. How this company has survived I'll.never know. Consistently awful. Sure the name change will make everyone forget though. As much respect for the public as it has for their parcels.

Delivered to an imaginary neighbour

Utterly rubbish. Driver stolen my parcel. I can't get hold off customer service. What a totally waist off time. Leave me stress out

Parcel a week late and no tracking updates

My parcel was left with my neighbor but I did not receive a card through my door telling me. I wasn’t aware that it had been delivered until I got a notification from Amazon to say it had been delivered, not too happy about the service!!

Can't get hold of customer service to return a parcel AVOID

Tracking still not been updated since Monday 28th March paid extra for nominated delivery for that date as well!!

Too S-L-O-W !!! I would pay good money to avoid using Hermes delivery. Evri time!
