Same as previous reviews. Tracking why bother having it as it’s not updated. Hermes collected my parcel from supplier on 24th March as at tonight 28th March 2022. Still reads the same and I nor me or they supplier have had been ale to ascertain what’s is going on

Picked parcel up from parcel shop,tracking stopped and expensive box box disappeared into thin air,,, that’s convenient isn’t it but no-one will talk to you , thieves

Parcel due for delivery friday. No updates other than out for delivery fri, then sat and now nothing. No idea where parcel is or when it wipl be delivered. Shocking service!

We tried to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was no safe place to leave it. We'll try again on the next working day. Same old nonsense every single time

Would give no stars if I could, they have had my parcel since the 21st of March and this is the 29th now and I still haven’t received it, they said there was a delay on the 22nd March and that was a week ago, absolutely useless, I hope with a new name there will be new Improved service because what are they doing!!!!

Absolutely shocking they say they have a problem with my address but how come the royal mail and other couriers don't have a problem.
