Absolutely useless Hermes…

Shocking! The only word I can use, even trying to get hold of an actual person with Evri isn't easy! You can only speak to someone if you have a tracking number which I can put on the site to read its tracking history but as soon as I call and put the number in, its says its not recognised!? Can't win! Super frustrating is an understatement!!

Would leave zero stars if could. Last 2 parcels damaged

They could try to leave the package with a neighbour or make it easier online for us to tell them where to leave it.

I received a confirmation that I had received two parcels None of them came to me, a photo was placed between the baskets, a photo was shown as proof that they were delivered, but the photo does not show the number or my name and surname of the package, neither one nor the other, I did not finally receive

Absolutely awful , can't be contacted, no chat option , Evri one is a loser .... Avoid

8 days late it say you have it

Yet again another lost parcel classic Hermes. My business has another dissatisfied customer thanks to the poor service.

4 parsels didn't delivered for 1 week. With Royal mail and DPD - no problem

Site says package is delivered but it has never arrived.

Impossible to get a hold of. Have had several parcels lost and when I called on the phone or guided my way through the website it didn’t say anything about lost parcel. I will never ship with them Again but I am currently waiting for a parcel to be shipped to me with Hermes that has taken 3 weeks for arrive. Don’t use

Not coming in time

Hermes are a great Delivery Company- My Delivery Man also sent update- times of arrival. I would recommend Hermes as they have been delivering My parcels for years. 5 ?
