Conflict you messages says delivery will be today so u wait in all day an u find the tracking is saying item still at depo

If I had a 0 star to give I would. 3rd time that I don't things that ordered on Ebay, Delivery dates allways wrong since they never bring things on correct date many times only a week or more later, no communication...Too bad...

Reading a few pages of reviews, I have come to the conclusion that I am very lucky. I have been buying online for many years and can honestly say I have had nothing but superb service with Hermes. Lucky as well with the area we live in and the neighbours we have in our close. We take their stuff in and they take ours. But we are very lucky in the couple who deliver for Hermes. They are superb

I've been receiving regular deliveries via Hermes, never more so than during the covid lockdown. Delivery guys are always friendly and on time. Never had a problem with Hermes. royal mail take note.

Rubbish company, leave parcels out in the rain and for all to see when i have stated safe place. Never turn up on time.

How is company still going

Keep saying that they attempted delivery when they haven't useless delivery agents

Worst courier service I’ve ever had to deal with.. they give you delivery day so you wait in.. no one turns up but mark the item down as tried to deliver but no one in.. then a day or 2 later your parcel might actually turn up.. I’ve had so many refunds because of this company .. il never use them to send parcels!!!

Can I leave 0. Absolutely awful. 2 weeks later no parcel.. makes you wonder where the hell are all the parcels if they are all missing..... ?

Worst delivery company. Why do sellers even use them. Parcels arrive late, damaged or just go missing.

Rubbish company. Stayed in all evening as had a evening delivery slot didn't turn up.wanted to actually go out but had to cancel my plans. Unreliable local courier and won't improve until changed.

Received my parcels yesterday. Witch there was stickers on it saying fragile and my items where soaked all way through witch can't be helped with the weather but all my items inside where broken

You are the most deceitful shipping company that has ever existed!!! Every time I know the parcel will be delivered by Hermes I know it was never received on time. Your driver never turned up, and you send always same stupid email" We try to deliver your parcel today but you weren't in or there was not safe place to leave it we try on the next working day!! You are the biggest liar!!!

out of 5 parcels only one arrived and it had been opened and the contents stolen ! Hermes are not fit for purpose, the complaints line is just a recording and is useless , I'm putting in a complaint about themy to trading standards. they need to be closed down. I've had to put one star as the option to give zero stars is not available !
