Where the hell is my parcel Hermes????? Says ‘we’ve received your parcel’ yet no parcel delivered or updated on your website!

Absolutely the worst delivery service EVER. My 7 year old could read a Google map better. Totally unapologetic iDIOTS!

Not the best delivery service. Always have problems with Hermes with parcels being delivered to wrong address or left in unsafe locations!

I would not give Hermes any starts as they lost my parcel. You can't speck to anyone to find out what is going on at all. You phone and speck to and answer phone and it says it can't understand the tracking number. So very unhelpful wast of time and I would never send anything with them and wast money

Had 2 parcels in a week not turn up when expected.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Thursday3rd Feb.Now Monday 7th Feb .Tracking says it is still at your hub WHY?

Terrible delivery service , still no package and they have had it for over a week

If you are not in you have to play find your package.

You can rely on Hermes delivery to be late, very late. The proposed delivery date is never met.

Absolute rubbish you need a sub level for your stars that rates worse than zero - always dread it when I see Hermes are delivering from an Amazon
