As usual slow on information and will no doubt be late as usual -

Tracking is simply a joke, just look at how poorly pretty much everyone rates Hermes.... yet it's still around like a bad smell, whenever you buy something and the seller gives you a Hermes tracking number.... your heart sinks

Lost deliveries, can't find address even though other couriers never have that problem, say delivery is made when after checking tracking information it's actually been returned to depot??

How are Hermes still trading??? In a world of disappointment they seem to have excelled at this and are truly leaders in letting their paying customers down. It takes real dedication to provide such a consistently poor 'service ' especially when there are people in the upper echelons of the company management skimming, probably a six figure salary, from the profits of an organisation that really doesn't care about the people who are paying for their plutocratic lifestyle. Disgraceful.

As usual Hermes have failed to deliver my package on the appointed date and are currently two days overdue and counting.

It takes them longer than 2nd class mail to deliver anything.

We are distraught with hermes non appearance, disgusted with the lies used, drive was not suitable, card left (not) dog barking, our farm drive is fine and is used every day by couriers (not hermes) we've watched on occasion on our CCTV drivers slowing down in their cars, then speeding on to the next quicker delivery, we've had THREE refunds from Ebay, who said please don't use hermes, they are a very bad company, ain't that the truth, I will not purchase (knowingly) online from hermes, currently waiting for a 2 day delivery which they have had WAITING, according to THEIR tracking website for 10 days, not even out for delivery, the customer sent the specialist parts for our excavator from the South of England to hermes main Scottish depot in ONE DAY, hermes have sat on it 11 days now, we've advised Scottish farmers to avoid at all costs, how its possible for this company to be still trading is beyond us, it almost appears as if its........

Worse service ever delt with usually comes a week late if at all and damaged but give you made up updates for a week first

Ordered a product on the 5th January finally got tracking on the 15th but item did'nt arrive. I contacted the seller who asked me to wait a little longer. Today I get a message from Hermes asking me to contact a local post office to see if it's there (not what post office

My order was suppose to come yesterday and never did and it said I wasn’t in when I was in all day waiting….. and my tracking has not been Updated for when it is coming today

Why do Hermes keep losing parcels? Doesn't matter how many different depots or couriers it is passed to it gets scanned. The last scan is where the parcel should be. Why aren't the couriers held to count? The parcel should be on their vehicle. The only possible reason is that they have stolen it. If their employer takes no action who can blame them for stealing again. I suppose if they only get paid 50p an hour allegedly, they can justify the theft. I've lost about six parcels over the last six months. I've had enough I'm off to another courier, not that I anticipate them being any better, however thinking about it can't be any worse!
