What a joke this is. I can’t believe you can’t talk person as to where my parcel has gone. I have to say I will never use this company again absolutely disgru

Worst delivery service ever. They sign for you and leave it outside to vey stolen! Deliver to the wrong address and leave it outside to get stolen. I want my money back for he delivery fee and the item fee as now I am going to have to buy it again from somewhere that doesn't use Hermes!!!!

Still waiting for my parcel to arrive.was supposed to arrive on Sunday, it's now Thursday. Will try to avoid companies that use Hermes.

You’ve had a parcel of mine sat with you since the 2nd January, any idea when you’re going to deliver it? Not a very good service at all.

One star is far too much but there isn’t an option for 0 stars. Worst delivery company ever. DO NOT USE !!!!!

Hermes are the best courier service going as I've never had any problems with them like other couriers

Can’t deliver due to incompetence drivers

Terrible. Lost the package. Claimed I took the lower insurance cover which I didn’t. I even contacted the MD via linked in who just passed me onto another machine of a person. No help at all, impossible to speak to anyone knowledgeable or useful. Don’t use them. They have no customer service skills and care nothing for you or your goods.

Absolutely miles off terrible service try to avoid Hermes. Stuff goes missing can't contact anyone. Every other courier will let you know a rough time.with hermes you are expected to wait indoors all day and even then be suprised if you get your package

Hermes must scout the WORST delivery people possible to employ.. the current 1 must have awards!!!! Another £80 parcel delivered to an unknown address!!! Might be helpful if they actually tell u the address instead of just writing delivered to a neighbour.. its a joke he bangs like a bailiff to leave someone else's post here but doesn't even knock when its my own..

I have been waiting for a delivery which has been at the depot since 3rd January and still haven't got it , can't get through to anyone to help me. NOT HAPPY

Wow. just wow. What dreadful reviews you have Hermes, I wonder why?! Im still waiting for my package, due nearly a week ago. I have since had to order another one as I have no idea where my package is.
