Parcel never arrived despite it saying on Amazon that it had been delivered. It said it was signed by someone I do not know. It was out for delivery in Norwich however I live in Newcastle Northern Ireland.

Tracker stated item out for delivery. Later stated driver had a problem with the delivery address. More like couldnt be bothered delivery stated between 1900 & 2100 on seriosly hacked off customer despite paying £20 delivery charge for my item to the merchant dont have - zero stsrs

Hermes tracking not much use about 5 days behind

I’m still waiting from the 15th of December for mine it’s a joke how you can’t speak with a real person

Order not delivered as claimed. Not notified order out for delivery and no delivery window given. Notified order left in porch and that I had allegedly signed for it. Not true. No one knocked at my door, I was in all day. I signed for nothing and I do not have a porch. My door is in a small recess along with my neighbors door but it's open to the elements and it was raining all day. Nothing was left outside my door. Reported to seller.

Tracking says package delivered but have not received it yet total shambles and no way to contact

Absolutely awful. No redeeming features whatsoever; don't use!

Delivery not on time.

Sent parcel December 21st 2021 now 8th January 2022 still awaiting delivery.

Worst parcel delivery service there is don't know why people keep using them .had my parcel for 7 days and I'm still waiting for it to be delivered

This company is a joke,I will not deal with anyone in future who uses this carrier.

Way to slow a slug would be quicker
