Good and quick service

Ace delivery service, never had any problems with my service

It's been three days and my parcel hasn't left the city where it was posted , this is an absolute disgrace when I have paid for it to be delivered not to be stored .

Delivery is really slow

Poor updates customer service woeful and uncontactable could have gone on but cannot be bothered to waste my time…

I wish there was less than one

Sent a parcel next day delivery on Tuesday it is now Saturday and there’s no sign of the parcel. It’s an iPhone that went off for repair . Never to be seen again

My property is not hard to find as every other courier company seem to find it without issue.

Put my parcel in a locker on 30th November. Hermes said they'd collected it. There was no further tracking update. Eventually Inpost realised it hadn't been collected at all...I finally was able to retrieve the parcel from the locker yesterday-7th January. It had sat there for over a month!

I have been waiting for a parcel since 23rd December and it was at hermes local depot I am still waiting now these people are a joke I won't use these people at all I don't know how they get away with it

Had my parcel since the 15 Dec and now it is January 7th and still no parcel which was a Christmas present. So disgraceful and this company should be banned so many people haven't received there parcel should be reported and fined. VERY UPSET CUSTOMER ?????

Our Hermes driver is brilliant.LEEDS 15. I think Hermes deserve praise where it's due. Prices are excellent and imo one of the best delivery companies.

Sent plenty of parcels and received alot aswell .never a problem.always a top service.
