By far bottom of the league as far as delivery services go, tracking is an absolute joke and full of broken promises, I just wish companies would stop using this circus of an outfit.

Absolutely shocking service! I have already had several problems with Hermes in the past but this is the cherry on top. According to their system, they could not deliver my package yesterday to the agreed dropping point because they business was closed. Well, I have just been to said petrol station and they confirmed that 1) they do take Hermes packages and 2) they were NOT closed yesterday at any point (it’s a 24 h petrol station and the delivery was attempted during the day). I have checked for an update today and it says that the package is now held due to damage! Honestly, your service is shocking

Would give 0 if I could. Absolutely rubbish and to think we actually pay this company to do a job for us.

What can I say that not already said. Totally rubbish company with its head in the sand believing that they are doing a great job. Here’s my problem, parcel dropped off at pickup point, parcel picked up by Hermes driver, parcel still showing on website at pickup point 19th December 2021. Parcel now disappeared

My mums parcel is sitting in her local depot since mid December and yet to be delivered a week into January. Service is unacceptable and from previous dealings know you can never resolve it over the phones because you can never talk to a human just their robots. Hermes has the highest complaints in the UK need I say more.

Had my parcel since 28 December . Still not delivered . Its the 6th January. Your rubbish at getting something on time .
