Had some right nightmares with hermes in the past. But recently in the last 4 or 5 months i struck it lucky. Malcolm is genuine really nice guy and always on time and friendly .im praying he stays with hermes because im sure of past experiences hawick needs more folk like malcolm. Thank you malcolm i appreciate you young man.

Things arrive broken to often, just happened again. I once had a car tyre and a box of dvd to be delivered on the same day, they were both thrown over the garden's gate, dvd box first, the tyre landed on top of it...they just don't care.

I am giving Hermes a very poor rating as my sister and I are very unhappy with Hermes for late delivery’s . My sister is waiting for a parcel which we have been informed was handed over to Hermes for delivery. The number is ( H00EKA0013470125) . Not good,

We used to have a fantastic hermes courier named Christine, but for some reason you changed the routes. I now experience a completely chaotic unreliable service every time I am unfortunate enough to get a parcel delivered by hermes. This one is currently 3 days late and no real explanation as to why. This is really bad service.

Shocking. 3 weeks from the date a next day delivery was due, it still hasn't arrived but tracking shows delivered! No way to call company, shocking service at the depot losing 3 parcels and delaying one for 3 weeks (and I can only hope the company received it back as I certainly never saw it! Back to avoiding companies that use Hermes as much as I can. Absolute sham of a company, online 'help' bot is of zero help at all - just man up and have humans on telephone help lines. There'll need to be a lot mind, given how the company is a complete farce. Can't express how awful Hermes are, should be shut down.

Hermes have now failed to deliver a parcel three times. They have failed to contact me once, they have failed to respond to the comments I have left on their website. In summary they have failed.
