Received my order to timescale currier was good & friendly excellent

Shocking. 3 weeks from the date a next day delivery was due, it still hasn't arrived but tracking shows delivered! No way to call company, shocking service at the depot losing 3 parcels and delaying one for 3 weeks (and I can only hope the company received it back as I certainly never saw it! Back to avoiding companies that use Hermes as much as I can. Absolute sham of a company, online 'help' bot is of zero help at all - just man up and have humans on telephone help lines. There'll need to be a lot mind, given how the company is a complete farce. Can't express how awful Hermes are, should be shut down.

Hermes have now failed to deliver a parcel three times. They have failed to contact me once, they have failed to respond to the comments I have left on their website. In summary they have failed.

Absolute joke of a company, they lost my package. If your order is arriving via Hermes, cancel it.

It is 5 stars when the appointed lady for this area is on but no stars for any other courier. Constantly lie about when items will be delivered and appear days later

Lucky if you even get your parcel. More often than not its either lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Had parcel for weeks. No updates on hermes site. No reason for delay. When i started making enquiries it suddenly appeared.

Awful awful service. Tracking number doesn't work for a pre paid return service. Drivers never ring the bell and leave parcels out in public.

Very bad service, call for pickup but never turn up

Not happy you have had my parcel since Tuesday 28th December. Amazon, DPD would of delievered by now. I know so many friends that are still waiting on Christmas presents to arrive from you.

Lost 3 parcels absolutely shocking company can't speak to anyone totally useless do not use them

Parcel not delivered to my door left at neighbours two door away from my house because delivery driver assumed it is me because on my neighbour house there is no door nr not first time worst service if not the fact ebay sent me the notification item was delivered will probably never find out was delivered

Worst service, parcel returned without delivery. No attempt was made to deliver
