Been waiting for a parcel since yesterday then was notified it’s coming today between 3-5 o’clock guess what we still not got it bloody useless

3 people not received their christmas present due to poor records of processing, seems 3 items just disappeared from collection from sender on 16th Dec. What a let down.

Has always website says parcel ready to dispatch truth is was left on front door step at an empty house with no notification of delivery. Yet again appalling

1 star when minus 1 is not an option. Had my parcel since 8th of December 2021

Terrible service. Posted an item sold on ebay, it is over a week past the 'delivery by' date and Hermes has no info other than that my buyer's parcel is delayed.

Awful. Every. Single. Time. I wish to God Amazon would use DPD or Royal Mail - every time Hermes fail to deliver or lie about having been. This time they couldn't deliver because 'the business was closed' - whatever this means. I'm not a business and always at home when they claim to have visited. Utterly useless.

We've had few parcels delivered by Hermes fantastic the lady who brings the parcels Fay she is brilliant

Thought I’d write a review as there is a lot of negative, people leave reviews mostly when things go wrong, this is over the last 5 deliveries I’ve had from Hermes, all packages have been delivered undamaged, and have been delivered by our local Hermes man, who’s lovely, who leaves it in a dry safe place when I’m not in, I would of left 5 stars if the delivery was quicker, and the tracking updated quicker, if Hermes are delivering, allow more time, it will arrive safely ??

Had my Xmas gift for my girlfriend since 18th december it's now the 30th, hermes are by far the worst delivery service and I woukd recommend all retailers and individuals not to use them, completely ruined Xmas, disgraceful
