Said parcel was left in porch, we dont have a porch. No note and clearly no attempt at delivery.

A much improved service

Still waiting for my parcel..

I had to receive one parcel yesterday still waiting. I paid for the next day delivery. From 28 December to 31 December, it's one day? Where is my parcel? It is a birthday gift. What I'm doing now without It?

If I knew Hermes were going to deliver I would seriously think twice about ordering. Impossible to say when/ if packages arrive. Still waiting for a replacement item from them. No update, no communication, nothing ?

I have several packages at the local depot waiting to be delivered and I have been tracking them and they arrived there before Xmas now it's a week later and still no delivery this is not acceptable for a delivery service

Took ten times to get robot to understand the code for the delivery number. After twenty minutes it said no trace of your delivery - even though website has it ready for delivery next day on Christmas Eve. Shocking service for medical supplies. Pity I can’t give it o as opposed to one. Sort your systems out!

Very poor, my parcel has been lost for 15 days, no feedback from Hermes.

Dreadful and didn't turn up. Took a week to tell me.

Had a few parcels delivered & one was thrown over the fence. One was delivered to the wrong address. One wasn’t delivered because the driver said we weren’t at home, even though we were in all day. You can’t get through to a customer service person, it’s all automated. Wouldn’t use because too unreliable

Disgusting service didn't deliver on 3 consecutive days! when they did decide to show up the flat screen tv box was so damaged and re wrapped one end in bubble wrap we had no option but to reject it and return to sender! Wouldn't trust this company to deliver fresh air let alone tv's

If I could rate -5 stars I would. Hermes is absolutely one of the worst delivery services to ever have existed. The Greek God would be ashamed his name is sullied so. Non delivery of parcels. Parcels claiming to be delivered but they haven't, parcels for building number 7 when I live in building number 5, one package of mine even being dumped in a communal hallway which is absolutely unsafe and someone wad in the flat to receive the item. Seriously, I'm amazed delivery agent has been able to pass a driving test and obtain a current licence as delivery of a parcel is NOT THAT DIFFICULT. It just takes 3 mins extra effort to make sure it's safe (or not stolen)
