Total let down this year, use you all the time for business. This year no end of “lost” parcels or delivery’s taking weeks , then getting hold of a “person” to help a complete nightmare. Really just not good enough and your now getting a big claim form from me. Absolute shambles!!!

Absolutely shocking service. Sent a parcel out on the 19th Dec with 2-3 day delivery service from England to Ireland and it's still not been received. Don't offer a 2-3 day service at Christmas if you can't provide it!!!!

Yet again sat in depot. How can all these parcels go missing and you can't get in touch with anyone. Seems someone is making something out of it.

Terrible. I run an EBay shop, they fail to collect and you track, it will state "unable to collect today". That's fine, things happen. What I cannot abide is that the tracking will then eventually change to "Attempted Collection" yet I'm here waiting, conscious of the door knock/bell ring ALL DAY LONG leading to despair which then makes me drop it off at a shop (despite the collection charge!). I had 2 occasions in the last month waiting 2 days for collection only to have to drop off at a shop and apologise to the customers. The good thing is most customers ALREADY KNOW HERMES IS TERRIBLE through their own disastrous experience with using this "Courier". But the Blood boiler that really pi**** me off is that the customer expecting a Delivery will see "Failed Collection" in the tracking and assume I screwed up when it's simply the local delivery guy not doing his job. So damaging for my PR. So whoever does Edwinstowe in Nottinghams deliveries needs to step th eregame up, you drop off a parcel, takes seconds but known no, I'll lie and say that I attempted, convincing for 1 day but 2 days zero collection attempt and same Buisness rep damaging "attempted collection"! -10/10! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DPD are great, a proper Courier with vans and trucks...not random hatchback stuffed with parcels, deliver when I can be bothered, no uniform like it's Avon calling!

Hermes No you didn't try to deliver my parcel yesterday 23/12 21 if you tried not certainty wasn’t at my address in Barnard Castle DL128TA! There was someone in all day, we also have 360deg 24/7 CCTV and you ain't on it! Tracking No: T01E8A0018833558

Very slow at delivery all the time

Another screw up. My parcel sits at the delivery station for over a week now! When will it be delivered?? This is absolutely ridiculous!

They delivered my insured and signature required package to somebody else. No proof of delivery provided, no answer to the response trying to rectify it and put the blame on the shipper to refund me my purchase for their screw up. Very, very bad. Don't use Hermes. Go with Royal Mail or DHL

Terrible just can’t recover from any error. Will I get my parcels by NEXT Christmas? Unlikely.
