Absolutely awful. Ruined a Christmas present for my wife. Hermes state they delivered my parcel & left it in ‘the porch’. I haven’t got a porch!! I’m unable to contact the company either. Don’t use this company, awful customer care.

If I felt that this sham of a company would act upon the content of reviews then I would be happy to write a book on just how bad they are. In all honesty though they don’t give a ***** and are happy to continue trading no matter what people say. Customer service is non existent or responsive, tracking inaccurate the list could go on. I always get that sinking feeling when I see the Hermes name as the delivery company. It’s almost a foregone conclusion that even if the parcel arrives in one piece there will me many other factors that will cause frustration and anger. The worst company ever

This is the worst delivery firm going I always regret ordering anything when I find delivery is with Hermes.You just know the tracking won’t work it will take forever to arrive if at all.

For package C00HHA0122382064 you delivered my package to a "safe" place. Well it obviously wasn't safe enough. As I haven't received my package and suspect someone has taken it

They lost my parcel and have not refunded the fee or given compensation. Getting through to anyone is an absolute nightmare. Avoid.
