They lost my parcel and have not refunded the fee or given compensation. Getting through to anyone is an absolute nightmare. Avoid.

Poor communication from Hermes. Last update I rec was on Dec7th saying parcel was en route.

Took s parcel for return to local pick up point - all went well and was given a blue card with a number on which supposedly allowed tracking, but no wasn't recognised by Hermes website! 2 stars only cos the pick up point was efficient.

Absolutely terrible service. Lost my package in their system for 6 weeks and failed to deliver it. Now they are telling me it will be returned. Customer service is none existent. A complete shambles. Do not use them and do not trust them

Unfortunately cannot give zero stars. I've had no end of trouble with hermes. Days wasted waiting in for deliveries that don't come. Endless lies about attempted deliveries when I have been at home. Sketchy excuses about local parcel lockers not working and goods left outside my home, on a busy public street. My heart is always filled with dread when I see that hermes is handling a delivery. I now double check who the courier is, and tend to avoid placing an order with a company who uses them. I can't believe how they are allowed to get away with such disgusting customer service. Or why companies still choose to even use this joke of a firm at all.
