Parcel has been at your depot since 6th January being sorted. What have you been doing with it for 5 days! Utterly useless company

Not reliable at all I wonder how Hermes have managed to stay in business it's a lottery on if you receive your package or not I had to rate with one star but it really doesn't deserve it

You picked up a parcel, on the 29/12/21, which you where to then deliver to me, I have still not received it 12 days later. I would be very grateful if you could deliver ASP. One VERY ANGRY PERSON

Absolutely dire. I will purposely use another vendor if I find out hermes will ne involved in the transaction. I cannot fathom howba company so utterly hopeless and incompetant are still in business. Tou are the worst company I have ever dealt with.

You have had my item at your hub for 4 days what are you doing with it

Say they delivered parcel ihave not recieved it the say they have proof but won't show it me not the first time this has happened rubbish company

I think people need to think twice about sending via your company, your tracking says it was sent on 2nd January and no update since I could have driven myself to get it quicker than your service

Parcel not delivered even after entering full address and safe place. 10days and still no parcel

Never known a company to be so useless, think company is run by robots as can never speak to anyone. I think companies should ask their customers on their honest opinion on hermies because I think they would go out of business

Twice stuff just doesent arrive.

Wish there was an option for no stars! My heart sinks when I order something and THEN they send you the Hermes tracking info - almost guaranteed not to arrive

Worst company ever avoid like the plague avoid like the plague they are low life robbing scum who steal your parcels and get away with it why cos there's no way of contacting them I'm hoping they gut struck off soon a total bunch of low life's
