Absolutely shocking service. You won't be surprised I've been told its 'lost'.

Worst company in UK . my parcel was opened . Their entire gang must be arrested and put behind bars.

Terrible service... Parcel due on the 14th of December... Now 27th... No update on the tracking either... It's as if it hasn't moved... If I could rate lower

Horrible awful service in my area. I have never received a parcel on time and sometimes not at all. The most recent one is from Matalans, it stated left in a safe place pffft WHAT!!? In my drive next to my bins. Why do companies use these lazy people who don’t care, I’ve had parcels thrown over my gate before and the contents smashed. The latest parcel was not breakable so when they actually could of thrown them over the gate they don’t. Horrible, horrible company!! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Outrageous?Parcel for my Sister's Christmas has been sitting in your so called hub since 20th December. It hasn't moved an inch. Def last time I will use this service. ?
