I didn't use them my seller did , seeing that my parcel didn't move for 7 days says it all about what I think about this company I know its Xmas but 7 days without any movement at all.??.

Terrible, despicable service. My parcel was supposed to arrive on 7th Dec, which was a Christmas present for my partner. Today is 26th Dec, still nothing. And no information about when I might finally get my order. Absolutely awful!

Hermes are an absolute nightmare. I ordered something 21 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Never heard anything from them.

Shocking horrid experience with Hermes. I think they should be sold to a proper courier company that take care of customers and their properties

Parcel was supposed to arrive 23rd December, tracking shows in depot on 21st December. Now Boxing day.

My parcel was delayed for over a week... Its still at final station before delivery. Been there for 4 dsys now. Totally useless.

Wot a joke of a company just lied and said there was no one in funny its a shop the delivery address open 9 till 9 never seen a total crap company as them

My parcel is languishing in their local depot which now means I won’t receive it until after Christmas. Not good enough. My DPD parcels are never late.

Xmas pressies for kids been at your depot for 11 days now and sending company had guaranteed delivery before now. Im sure you have valid reasons but think about how this feels for your custoners on Christmas day!
