You have either lost some of my parcels or not delivered on time odd occasion I do receive them.

Every time I have ordered from Amazon this year , abs items delivered by Hermes have been lost or never delivered and when the last parcel was delivered a great hole in box with bird seed everywhere! He threw the box down and I refused it! Very rude delivery driver in Norwich uk , Amazon drivers are never a problem! Oh and my latest printer paper ordered 12th dec still not arrived for Xmas presant and another parcel never seem yet and way too late!! I will never order anything now unless Amazon delivery because I’m sick of the customer service!!! Shocking

Said they tried to deliver yesterday and said no one was in , everyone was in the sitting room light was on and there was a sign on the door saying put inside from door so clearly didn't even try to deliver. Said it's coming today but no email about time. This was a Xmas present for my son now he's not going to get it for xmas

Dreadful service. Paid to post a parcel. Driver tried to deliver the parcel to the wrong address even though clearly marked. Then sent it back to me with no explanation or tracking update. Poor service. Out of pocket. Can only speak to a stupid robot. Going with another company. Cant believe how poor customer service is.

I’ve been waiting in all day for my wife’s Christmas present, answered the door to every delivery, Hermes claim I’m not in, didn’t even try.

Haven’t even attempted to deliver my packages. I’ve been In the house all week and no one has been to my door even though they say they have been twice

If I could give this company minus scores I would. Absolutely shocking courier. They should not be in business. All the parcels that came through them were severly delayed or never arrived at all!!!

Package was supposed to arrive two days ago and was needed for Christmas. No updates available from Hermes whom collected the package from the supplier five days ago.

Absolutely disastrous company constantly delaying my parcels having to wait weeks !!!!! There is no communication and no apology for the vast delay is the only good thing about this company is there friendly courier drivers the rest is useless avoid at all costs

Absolutely the worst delivery company in the UK. Only had the misfortune to have two articles (delivered) via an outside retailer via Amazon.. Both times I've had to cancel the orders, one ten days overdue and the other was two weeks overdue, you can't speak to a human being, but a robotic voice on the phone. Stay clear of Hermes.

Horrible delivery service they lie to me about my item that I had ordered from Amazon.

My parcel collected last Thursday 16th.Still showing delayed at depot on Monday 20th.No more info.Cannot speak to anyone all automated.Not good enough it is a Christmas present.

My parcel has been in parcel shop awaiting collection from 16 th dec it was a Christmas present. Worst service ever and can’t get to speak to a representative

Should have received my parcel next day. 5 days later no parcel. Needed this before Xmas . Too late now. No update on status for 4 days. Absolutely awful!
