Extremely poor service.

Terrible service - do not use this company !

Always a let down, parcels even put in my black bin with household waste, very nearly thrown away.

Numerous parcels missing after receiving notifications parcels received, out for delivery etc none of my parcels were delivered

Constant Delays on Parcels.

Once again the parcel disappears into Hermes, claiming not to have it , T00TLA1001232702 the seller will now use a different carrier.

I send about 10-15 parcels a week. I pack goods very well as you should, thick box, bubblewrap and polystyrene and never have breakages or items lost for years with Hermes.

Been using them for years for sending my eBay deliveries. Never had any issues. Just one item damaged a few years ago and got

Poor delivery times, impossible to contact them to check on progress. Very poor overall compared to competitors.

Knowing at what depot a parcel is might be more informative.

Parcel should have arrived yesterday 12 to 2pm still not got it 12 hours later might get it tomorrow if I am lucky waste of time sending me e mails that I am getting it then don’t ?‍♂️

Lovely, friendly courier's. But the way the bosses are working the staff to the bone with no additional help this season is disgusting. Shame on you CEO's. All you people moaning....have some heart. I'm missing parcels, it is what it is.
