Constant Delays on Parcels.

Once again the parcel disappears into Hermes, claiming not to have it , T00TLA1001232702 the seller will now use a different carrier.

Absolute disgrace I want my package today before I take further action

I send about 10-15 parcels a week. I pack goods very well as you should, thick box, bubblewrap and polystyrene and never have breakages or items lost for years with Hermes.

Been using them for years for sending my eBay deliveries. Never had any issues. Just one item damaged a few years ago and got

Poor delivery times, impossible to contact them to check on progress. Very poor overall compared to competitors.

Knowing at what depot a parcel is might be more informative.

Parcel should have arrived yesterday 12 to 2pm still not got it 12 hours later might get it tomorrow if I am lucky waste of time sending me e mails that I am getting it then don’t ?‍♂️

Lovely, friendly courier's. But the way the bosses are working the staff to the bone with no additional help this season is disgusting. Shame on you CEO's. All you people moaning....have some heart. I'm missing parcels, it is what it is.

States on tracking tried to deliver no one knocked on my door or left a card total let down of a company dont know why people still use these cowboys

Been waiting since 2nd still no parcel now the 23rd

I have 3 parcel on order which Hermes have had since 10thDec but still not delivered!! Spoiling Xmas for so many people. No updates ever provided either so don’t know whether to reorder or not!! Shame on you

My parcel has been stagnant at Hermes gateway for 5 days!!!! For something I need very urgently. Absolute poor service. If they actually deliver it they dont even deserve 1 star as Royal Mail is much faster and more reliable.

Held the parcel for days and days and still no sign of it getting dispatched anytime soon.
